Excellerate Security is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Ferdi Moolman as the Head of its newly established Tactical Intervention Unit. In response to the increasing challenges faced by policing authorities, Excellerate Security is taking a bold step to enhance its tactical operation capacity and ensure the safety of its clients nationwide.
The Tactical Intervention Unit, led by Mr.
Ferdi Moolman, aims to bolster Excellerate Security's capabilities in the face
of a deteriorating National Police Service. The unit will comprise highly
skilled Tactical Intervention Teams, a Riot Response Unit, and Tactical Rapid
Response Units. This strategic initiative underscores Excellerate Security's
commitment to client safety and represents a significant investment in the
company's operational capabilities.
Ferdi
brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. With a
distinguished career in law enforcement and security, his qualifications
include a National Diploma in Policing, extensive firearm training, and
proficiency in outcomes-based assessment and moderation. His commitment to
continuous learning is evident in his recent qualifications, including
Introduction to SAMTRAC and SAMTAC.
He
has undergone specialised training in riot and crowd control,
counter-insurgency operations, advanced driving, and advanced internal
stability. His international experience includes serving as a Team Leader in
Kurdistan, Iraq, and providing security detail in Afghanistan.
Speaking

Tactical Intervention Unit that will set a benchmark for excellence in the
