OUR STORY

Established in 1978, as a specialist security company, Excellerate Services has grown into one of the most respected soft services business in Africa, the Middle East, the UK and Ireland.

Our strategic intent is to continue to develop the Excellerate Services brand into the most respected, self-performing facility services business in the markets we serve.

We believe that we can achieve this by delivering a dynamic and innovative, customer-centric service with exemplary quality at an affordable price.

Our wide range of self-performed facility services are delivered as stand-alone single services, combined as bundled services, or as part of a fully integrated property services solution.

We regard the effective integration of people, processes and technology as a key enabler of operational excellence. We therefore focus our efforts on employing quality people, developing robust business processes, and utilising innovative technology in order to achieve operational efficiencies and higher service levels.
