We take this opportunity to thank everyone that expressed concern and offered messages of encouragement. We are truly overwhelmed by the outpouring of support.
We can report that firefighters battled the blaze through the night and have brought the fire under-control. Thankfully, due to the quick thinking of first responders and the organised and controlled way the facility was evacuated, and how the scene managed, no lives were lost, or serious injuries sustained.
Our disaster management and recovery programs were activated yesterday afternoon and mop up activities have already commenced. Hardest hit of our operation has been our training facility, human resources, uniforms, fleet management and workshops.
We are pleased to report our central command centre is fully functional and is currently serving as the JOC for clean up operations.
Although our main office block was not affected by fire, it has been significantly impacted by the smoke. We have therefore transferred essential administrative staff to our disaster recovery site, while non-essential staff will work from home.
While our support teams manage the clean-up, our operational teams are in the field attending to our primary objective of providing you with a high-quality service. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact the Central Command Centre on 0860 11 00 11 or contact your Key Account Manager directly.
We assure of our very best attention, and we thank you again for your support and understanding. We will continue to keep you updated on any developments.
